            1、適度冷卻模具表面

            控制脫模劑附著時模具溫度在180-250攝氏度,模具凹凸面溫度不均勻,冷卻銷、釘等突出部位,是模具內部控制的補充。

            1、水的汽化對涂層附著的影響

            研究表明,壓鑄過程中,水汽化帶走的熱量大大高于直接沖刷模具表面帶走的熱量,因此水的汽化是噴涂過程中最主要,最高效的冷卻方式。只有當模溫高于一定值,脫模劑中的水才能汽化,有效物質才能附著在模具表面,形成涂層,水分才不會殘留在模具內,當形成氣泡水蒸氣的向上運動又使正面方向射來的液滴反彈,阻礙液滴附著。

            涂層形成的最佳表面溫度是180-250℃,水的汽化量適中,形成平整涂層。如果模具表面溫度過高,造成水爆炸式汽化,蒸汽阻礙脫模劑到達模具表面,不但影響涂層形成而且浪費脫模劑導致噴涂時間加長也容易使模具出現裂紋。如果模具表面過度冷卻,脫模劑中水分蒸發不足,附著不佳,涂層易被沖走,影響涂層形成且模具中殘留水分雜質不易形成高質量壓鑄件。
